Charging speed is a key factor in the practicality of electric vehicle ownership. The 2026 Kia EV4 is built on Kia's dedicated 400V E-GMP platform and includes a built-in North American Charging Standard (NACS) port, ensuring compatibility with a wide network of charging stations.
The EV4 supports DC fast charging, allowing you to charge from 10 to 80% in just 29 minutes with the 58.3 kWh battery or 31 minutes with the 81.4 kWh battery. This fast charging capability means you can add substantial range during a quick stop, making longer trips more convenient.
