"Service Department Good Morning, I am so pleased with the service I received yesterday, November 12. I called in the afternoon to book a Saturday appointment. The appointment was urgent and the service department was fully booked. The service advisor, Nzinga Taylor was and is always, exceptional. She is very professional and really knows her job. She said the magic words, "can you come to the dealership this evening". I went yesterday evening and was seen and assisted. I thought that, since I did not have an appointment I would be there until the service department closed. They saw me as soon as they could and I was home at a good time that evening.
