We were very pleased with our recent purchasing experience at Bessada. From initial contact with product specialist Icy George (who knows his stuff), to Shawn Sun (who put the deal together for us) to delivery from Icy (that was fun), it was an all round pleasure to deal with the team again. We keep returning to Bessada Kia (this is our third Kia vehicle) not only because we like the brand, but the overall experience from shopping for a new ride to regular servicing at this dealership is friendly and unpressured. Gotta love that!

It was an amazing experience at Bessada Kia, I had recently started thinking of buying a new car for myself and I decided to go to the Kia dealership to get more information. I was in complete awe by the service that I received. This has been the most genuine experience I've ever had at a dealership! The salesman, Eddy, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and overall easy to talk to. I was even more impressed with how collective he was about making the sale, he did not make me feel pressured at all. In fact, he held this pride in the product that made me believe that it would be the best suited car for me. He always made sure that I felt comfortable, and had me truly believing that he had my best interests at heart. This was a genuine experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car. Special thanks to the owner Mr Joe and to Mrs Marcelle for the best welcome and greeting ever, you should be very proud of your successful business and your professional staff specially the awesome Eddy.
I had a great experience dealing with Andrew Cahill and JP (manager) at Bessada Kia. Before i started actively looking for Cars I stumbled upon Andrew in the Pickering Town Centre while They were having a sales event in the Mall. I wasn't ready to talk about buying the car just there and then, but I left my contact details with Andrew to contact me. And surely Andrew contacted me a week later to set up an appointment to come in and test drive the 2016 Soul Ex+. It was a nice little car but I wasn't settled yet... I really wanted a Sportage, not knowing that the price was only 2000 more than the Soul! I was settling for the Soul. I figured the sportage would be slightly outside of budget... But it was only 2000 more for much more Car (literally and figuratively). Having visited another Kia location and other dealerships, one thing i can certainly commend Bessada Kia on is printing out a sheet of paper with all the numbers so I can get a wholistic view of exactly what I am paying for, should I choose the buy the car. Andrew did it up for me right there on his computer. The other Kia location and other dealers scribbled some numbers down on a piece of paper which only gave me the monthly total that I would be paying for how many years, but never a breakdown, no idea of what admin fees are, tax, anti theft cost nothing ... Just "here is the monthly payment". And if I chose to buy the car, then they would do it up on the computer... What!? I commend Bessada Kia on giving you the breakdown from the very get go. I should have an understanding of how my money is spent. Thumbs up. Four other dealers I went to, including another Kia location did not do this! It must be a sales trick... I had a pleasant experience working with Bessada Kia, everyone was friendly and accommodative, I didn't feel like "just another customer". I appreciated that. I sealed the deal with JP the manager and he seemed very honest, humble and willing to negotiate. When it was time to pick my car up Andrew came and got me himself and sent me off with my Kia. :) I got my 2017 Pearl White Sportage LX and I love her. :) Cheers

The slogan that your dealership of being family oriented is a fact. I have been very fortunate that I had a chance of getting my vehicle repaired at your Service Center. The service staff specifically Mr. Gurdesh and the gentleman who dropped me home, Mr Otis, are very professional and polite. It was my personal experience that after visiting other dealerships, I could not have come to a better one. My sincere appreciation to Ms. Misty and Mr. Alexandra, for training his staff very well and also stepping in when needed to complete the repairs, so that customer does not suffer. It would not be fair for me to also mention your Sales staff, Mr. Ice, who has the patience to explain and clarify every aspect of the vehicle I was interested in. Kudos to your dealership and please keep it up. I sincerely hope this dealership will keep up the good work!!
We just bought our Forte from Bessada KIA and experienced a wonderful service from the sales team. The entire staff is very friendly especially Amanda made the deal very comfortable and easy for us. Besides our new car we loved the courtesy and ambiance!
I just had my first time buying a new car experience at Bessada Kia. I thought I would just take a look at some newer vehicles since I needed a replacement for my VERY old Honda. Right when I walked in, Eddy Wahba came over and greeted us with a smile. Right from the beginning, Eddy took the time to fully explain things to me whether I had questions about car itself, or how the process of financing works. Since I've never bought new, Eddy ensured that I felt comfortable and confident in making a decision. When it came down to choosing a vehicle that suited my lifestyle, we decided the Rio would be perfect. Eddy knew everything about that car - EVERYTHING! Truly a Kia product expert.
All my questions were answered and even though I never made a decision that first trip, I felt very supported in my experience and looked forward to my return. Alongside Eddy, I was impressed by the finance personnel Michael in how he took care in my purchase and ensured all of the information was professionally recorded. All in all, I am so very happy that I chose to go to Bessada Kia versus other dealerships because they care - they care about you and they sincerely want to put you in a car that is absolutely right for you in every way. On a Friday afternoon in August I was driving from Toronto to Port Perry. My 'check engine' light came around Pickering. I pulled off the highway to take a back road . I pulled into the dealership with two kids under 6 and my sister in the car. At the service desk i was prompted to wait and someone would be out to diagnose.
Toney Alexander was amazing. He swiftly came to my car and diagnosed the issue as a non issue and took the time to explain to me in understandable lingo! he was kind and warm with my kids and a true man of service.
What an asset you have-never let him go!!!!
We have just bought a house in Stouffville and will need a new car (I am thinking a Soul)-and believe me-I will drive the extra distance to buy with you!!!

Thanks for the note and the picture. We appreciate it. I thought I'd give you a couple of comments.
You no doubt know that we had a tremendous amount of choice in selecting our car, from the make, the model, lot's of 0% financing, just a ton of options. We picked the Sportage and don't get me wrong, we do really like the car, but at the end of the day, the vehicle itself was almost secondary. I'm fairly sure now that even if we bought the same car at the same price from another Kia dealer, we would not have been as pleased. From our first "cold call" that Amanda took to dealing with Joe, we were pleased. We felt like we mattered. I deal with a lot of suppliers in my job and with a lot of different clients and people buy from people they like, without a doubt, and we like your team. You have done a great job fashioning a team that customers can feel good about, in a field where (let's face it) the reputation of a car salesperson is not stellar. You should be proud. Both Joe and Amanda were very good to deal with and we honestly did not feel the traditional pressure to buy (like we did just a day before at another dealer). BUT, the icing on the cake for me personally was the effort you yourself made to meet and make Barb (and later me) feel comfortable. That was so important to her, I want you to know, and you might not be aware of it, but it made a huge difference. What is important to Barb is even more so to me, even though her name is not on the bill of sale, she was an important part of the decision, and she felt that she mattered to the owner of the dealership, something we don't see every day.
We unfortunately won't give feedback on facebook, etc as we do not use facebook, trust you understand, my comments above are my feedback.
I will respond to the survey and just so you know (I told Amanda this) I traditionally never give a 100% rating to anyone for anything, not even my own staff, because no one is perfect, not even me.....and there is nothing that you need to "rectify" so to avoid this and given the circumstances under which the survey is scored, you will see 100% from me.

I just picked up my 2015 Sorrento last night and I just wanted to again express how amazing the whole experience was! From the moment that I received a phone call from Seth to come in for a test drive, to the minute I drove off the lot in my new car, I felt like I mattered. Seth is amazing! He made me feel as though I was the only customer in the world and that he wanted to make sure that everything was done right. I felt safe, and trusted that he was looking out for my best interest at all times. Thank-you so much!!
I want to thank Ryan for making the purchase of our Kia Soul such an exciting experience. He even decked it out in lots of balloons for our daughter when we arrived to pick it up. Ryan made the whole process less intimidating than our previous experiences at other dealerships. Thank you again Ryan & Basseda Kia!
